JAM Graphix uses UPS, or USPS for shipping. Please be aware that all shipments will also be subjected
to the policies and regulations of the respective shipping companies.
- Shipping Date
- Orders are processed and shipped between 1 - 5 business day after approval, depending on the volume of the order.
Please understand that operational deadlines are based on Central Standard Time clock. This being said, it is strongly
recommended that all orders be confirmed by 1:00pm Central Standard Time so they can be shipped ASAP.
- Air Shipping
- Next Day shipments are limited to the service ability of the respective shipping company. Some delivery locations are
not eligible for next day shipping. For more information please contact www.UPS.com.
- Misdirected Orders
- Currently
under 0.5% of all orders are misdirected or misplaced. Please be aware
that this is a possibility and if it occurs the shipping company will
do as much as they can to speed up delivery. JAM Graphix is not
responsible for misdirected or misplaced orders. All time sensitive
orders should be confirmed as soon as possible to allow maximum time
for transit (UPS will refund the cost of shipping).
- Lost Items
- If items are declared lost by the shipping company, we will reprint and reship the order as soon as possible at no cost
to the customer. Typically, it takes 10 days for the shipping company to declare an item lost.
- Tracking Numbers
- Tracking
numbers may be obtained by our customer service representatives.
Unfortunately, tracking numbers are not always available and are not
issued instantaneously.
