ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS FOR OUR PRODUCTS
Here are our specifications for uploading artwork to us.
By adding this file to your shopping cart, you agree that the file is print-ready artwork.

BANNERS
 If your artwork does not meet our requirements, then the artwork may not scale properly and may cause pixelated or blurry results. You also agree that printed colors may vary slightly from the design preview above due to differences in print (CMYK) and display (RGB) technologies.

Acceptable File Formats:
Preferred: Fully-scalable vector file, PDF, or tiff file
If you're using a program outside of Adobe, it will have to be exported from whichever program is being used as one of the following file types - PDF, EPS, or TIF - prior to uploading.
Size & DPI:
It is either a fully-scalable vector file, PDF, or tiff file that is scaled to full print size and is at least 100 dots-per-inch (dpi).
Bleeds:
If your artwork has bleeds, make sure it extends .5" past print size.
Fonts & Embedded Artwork:
Convert all fonts to outlines & if you have any artwork in your file, make sure embed it. Also make sure to flatten all files before sending.
Multiple Files:
If you have multiple files. Zip the files and then upload.

SILKSCREEN PRINTING

• Digital artwork must be submitted in accepted formats only.
• All files must be in vector .EPS format.
• All fonts must be converted to outlines.
• All colors must be converted to spot colors with correct Pantone numbers.
• Please submit files with images SIZED for printing.
• Compress large files (over 20 MB) using Stuff-it or Winzip.
• Flatten all files.
• Send additional .JPG version of file to communicate color representation if file does not display color the way you want it printed & zip together.

Acceptable File Formats:

• ADOBE ILLUSTRATOR - our preferred file format. Create outlines for fonts. Save as .EPS
• FREEHAND - Convert text to paths. Save as .EPS.
•  COREL DRAW - Convert text to paths. Save as .AI file.
• ADOBE PHOTOSHOP – Only acceptable for 1 color imprints

Placing a scanned image (or an image created in another program) into an Illustrator file does not make the file a vector image.


HEAT TRANSFER VINYL
Use same specs as silkscreen but you cannot use screens or halftones when doing 1 or 2 color imprints.


PROCESS COLOR SILKSCREEN PRINTING OR
DIRECT TO GARMENT PRINTING

Adobe Photoshop is the standard for photographic digital imaging.

    * Files should be presented in photoshop, .TIFF or .EPS formats only.
    * NO .GIF or .JPG files for separation purposes. Send additional .JPG version of file to communicate color representation if file does not display color the way you want it printed.
    * Resolutions should be between 200 - 300 dpi at initial creation of file.
    * Please submit files with images SIZED for printing.
    * Compress large files (over 2 MB) using Stuff-it or Winzip.
    * Flatten all files.
